Win streak vs loss streak?

So I won roughly 9 games or so in a row in ranked, then ever since I lost one game i've been getting worse and worse players on my team(12 losses in a row over 3+ days). Like noticeably worse. No map awareness, ignores warning pings, goes 0/3 in lane by 10 mins or so. ect. When i was on the win streak it seemed like i had no isses with that occuring but with these new teams its just getting worse and worse. i dont feel tilted at all or anything, just it feel like i'm getting a bad spell of teams? is this a normal occurence?
