Is buying 
a good idea on Urgot on SR or HA?
Is his auto range too low to make use of hitting up to 3 enemies at once with his passive (4 if you Q a different target)?
Would mallet be necessary or does his W provide enough of a perma slow?
Urgot's main damage is his q and e combo, with the w shield providing slow. Since his attack speed is so low and his ult shifts you into the enemy team, it's best to build tanky stats. Going attack speed first item severely limits Urgot's kit.
If your team has no AOE damage then get runaans and make sure you hit different people every time so every time you're autoattacking, 3 people will do 15% less damage ( passive ).

15% damage reduction (passive)
Armor shred
%health damage
Up to 3-4 targets.
