What am i doing wrong?

I am on what looks like a tilt but only in ranked. Im in bronze 1 and would love it if i could get to silver, as Im constantly against gold and diamond players. and thats the problem. I personally think that Im doing fine in most of my games (of cause sometimes i do badly) but i think that my teams are usually not that good. I don't want to be another stereotypical bronze player, so i have come to the boards for help. can someone take a look at my ranked games and tell me any problems that I personally seem to have or that my teams have, so that i can climb the ladder knowing what to do and not having to be annoyed at every game i have.
