PLZ FRICKING NERF VAYNE

EVery game i play in ranked vayne is either banned or played and when people play her top lane the only thing you can do is play her toplane to counter it but you cant do that in ranked. i actually had a chance to get into silver but then i had 3 games in a row where there was a vayne adc or top. She is a low rick high reward champ, not item dependant, doesnt need anything to play her well and when your captain (the guy who doe sthe bans ) beleives taht vayne is easily countered, then goes fizz midlane and gets annoyed at me for "intentionally feeding", what am i supposed to do, i cant play vayne agaisnt her, and all the other toplaners that are in the meta atm are melee. that means, cant get a hit coz vayne gooes AA, aa, aa, q, aa,aa,w, aa aa and if you aint dead by then you will be soon. I know people dont like Vayne QQ threads (which im pretty sure this is one) the fact that there are so many people complaining and riot still hasnt done anything about proves that vayne is (get this) still OP. I always took riot games side in most changes but this has hapened to long. i checked all my games and in my games at least she has a 63% play rate and a 90%win rate. This is making the game very 1 sided and unfair. Plz take me seriously and my ideas in consideration
