Syndra is op as hell against heimer, tosses turrets like nothing. Also, azir's soldiers can poke keeping heim totally out of range and unable to farm.

In S4 I usually would face Heim with either Ziggs or Syndra. Lately though, I never see Heim in mid. Mostly just top lane and the occasional troll(?) support.

Syndra is decent against him. She can pick up the turrets and throw them somewhere useless and poke them from a safe distance. She also has good kill potential on him. You basically want something with skillshots that have good range to poke him or or his turrets down. Ideally you poke him out or kill them and get to clean up the turrets for free.

I beat a Heimer in mid with a Darius at 15 FPS, I'm pretty sure I focused on diving him in his "kill zone". My q would hurt his turrets and allow me to kill them faster. You need either a tanky guy that can kill the turrets or a skillshoter that outranges the turrets.

As a Heimer main, here's how you win lane. Focus his turrets. When he places them your goal is to kill them as quickly as possible. It's really tedious but when you kill all his turrets and his turret charges HE'S EXTREMELY VULNURABLE.

It's tedious because often times he has 3 on the field, and 3 charges in backup - so you essentially need to kill 6 or even 7 turrets before you get to the point where he's vulnurable.

But yeah 90% of his power is in his little turrets, be diligent with clearing them and you might be able to win lane.

And don't ever stand in his ult turret, it's the highest damage spell in the game...

More ideally than poking him out if you kill the turrets as he places them down because they have a cooldown and become mana hungry if he has to keep replacing them. Annie has a higher AA range than the turret's AA range (the laser outranges her though) so as Annie you should be able to poke them out between farm.
