ADC Casters?

I'm not very good at auto attacking and therefor I make a pretty bad ADC. But I want to learn to get a bit better. So here is my idea. I'm pretty good with casters. So I'm thinking if I can find a AD Caster I can use them as my ADC. So far the only one I know I can use decently is . I can spam her peacemaker and finish people off with her ace in the hole. I just get Mana/AD items like , , and .

So, any ideas?

Ideas so far: - Went pretty good and was pretty fun. I lost in the end though.

If you want to depend on your abilities instead of autoattacking for damage, I would recommend learning Corki, Lucian, Graves, Ezreal, or Varus since they fill more of a caster than autoattacker niche.

I would agree with try Corki or Ezreal . I think they both are champions you can really utilize their abilities on and still do well. Corki's R is fairly spammable and same with Ezreal's Q. If you do someone like Caitlyn you'll find yourself waiting a lot to use peacemaker. I havn't played much Quinn, so I don't know how she would fit into all of it.

I'm going to give Quinn a try. She seems kinda caster-ish.

Try playing Graves as a caster, you'll likely have fun.

More on topic most AD casters are AD carries. The reason marksmen are called such instead of ADC is because marksmen are RANGED ADCs. Melee ADCs are typically used as assassins (like Zed) or bruisers (like Garen), but can function reasonably well as a pure caster carry. If you don't believe me you should take a gander at full AD Garen and full CDR Zed.

From what I've played so far. I'm not a great adc though, so take this whatever way you like.

AD Caster, KogMaw Ezreal Lucian Corki ( Sona Gnar Kennen )

They proc high damage because they can continue to cast spells and proc triforce.

Auto ADC Caitlyn Ashe Draven Vayne Twitch Varus Sivir Cooldown isn't short enough to proc triforce effectively. Caitlyn is better as an auto-attack champ and maximize her passive. They have abilities that proc off stacks or speed.

Can be any. Tristana MissFortune Graves ( Teemo ) High Damage or Crit or Whatever Situational

Don't know Quinn

Then you got the off meta, champs which you can figure how those work. (I threw some in for examples.)

Lucian is a good champ, you can even rush item 3508 people will talk shit about your build but it's actually really good. 10% CDR, mana sustain, it's basically like having a blue buff all the time.

item 3508 item 3134 item 3158 + 5% CDR from masteris = really early 40% CDR

Try it out, I've played this build in ranked many times it's my favorite lucian build.

when i have to play adc, i usually play ezreal b/c e can ignore cc if channeled before cc was applied

when i have to go standard auto-attack build item 3006 item 3031 item 3035 item 3072 item 3078 then item 3026 or item 3139

if i go caster ezreal item 3042 item 3025 item 3508 item 3035 item 3158 then item 3026 or item 3139 or item 3153 i leave muramana on all the time and hit as many q as possible
