i dont know what to do

i reached plat, and quickly got to plat 4. then i kept winning my lane but all my other lanes keep losing and i dont know what to do. i roam but it doesnt get them ahead and ive tried to get us to group but we end up losing fights because im the only one who is fed/caught up. i also buy wards but they dont look at the map. games like these keep happening and i have gone back to plat 5, but i have no idea what to do when my team feeds and im the only one fed? what can i do to climb??

..... this happens in plat? Holy crap I am climbing out of bronze to silver and I STILL have to deal with this if I ever get that high???

I think recently in every Elo, People have just stopped caring. I dont really know why, but ive been trying to get out of S1 and the games i win. Are the games that my team are all engaged into the game making the best possible decisions. Now the ones i lose are where me and my Duo are bot and we win lane sure... but The other lanes either die once and quit or just came in with the mentality of "Lets see if i lose this one" in those cases. you cant do anything man..... you just cant.
