Decent AP jungle runes?

Looking for some generalized AP jungle runes. I play Amumu, Cho Gath, and I might try Fizz soon. Using armor, mr, attack damage right now, but I feel like that isn't great for AP champs haha

Generally, you will want:

Quints: AP Seals: Armor Glyphs: AP (scaling or flat) or scaling MR Marks: Hybrid Pen, Magic Pen, or Attack speed
