Kalista build question

Usually I build Runaans -> Greaves -> BT -> IE/LW -> defensive/AS Item (situational)

I see people building Bork on Kalista but I don't know at what point I should build it. It's effective against tanks I understand but Runaans is extremely helpful to me because I can push waves / cs much easily. Greaves for jumping distance ofc. And BT's life steal helps me kite very efficiently. Combine BT with Runaans and suppose a fight is to break out on a lane by minions I replenish my health effectively while in battle.

at which point does one build Bork on kalista? Because after BT I can just go LW and it helps me shred tanks as well.

I'm an ADC main, and have used Kalista quite a substantial amount in normals, not so much ranked. I prefer the Runaans over a BoTRK, honestly I don't even build a BoTRK.

Also, I'm not saying BoTRK is a bad item. I'm just saying that I don't normally use it. It has situations in which it would be very helpful, but I find the stats from the BT to be a lot more helpful and efficient with a Runaans

Yeah no judgement. Bork is a cool item. But I'm on the exact same page with you. BT and Runaans is great for Kalista, so I'm just a little bit surprised to see bork built on Kalista.

I don't either and someone told me I should have. Bork is a great item but I don't wanna misuse it. For example, it's a key item in Vayne and Twitch's build, which essentially gives them a power spike. I don't wanna build Bork at the wrong time and misuse the gold that I could've put somewhere else. Thanks for the reply!

On Kalista BoTRK should only be built later on in the game when tanks get to the point that you have to stack Rend to a ridiculous amount in order to even hurt them. It's not a required item, it's a specialty item.

Maybe instead of going IE/LW, I should build Bork and check it out in Normals.
