How to use Talon?

Hey i am wondering i just bought Talon . His really fun to use but i am having difficulties in both dying and damaging and i need your help

Should i go top or mid?
What Items should i get and what's his final items should be
What runes and masteries should i use?
Who is he strong and weak against

Mid
The boots you can CDR boots if you want.
The typical runes I take are 9x armor pen reds 9x flat/scaling armor yellows (mix) 5x MR blues 4x CDR per lvl blues 3x AD quints -he has a pretty poor laning phase against a lot of matchups since his removal of his silence, I suggest starting

I usually take brutalizer as a second item. I build Tiamat first then brutalizer, Ghostblade IMO is better because of the active it has because it allows you to assassinate better, not to mention it is cheaper and has an easier build path. And I disagree with the maxing. R>W>Q>E

Mid, Top lane you'll die.

I build Ghost blade item 3142 first so I can chase down people and move around the map faster, Boots of Mobility item 3117 cause we'll be roaming alot. Now if you're having a tough time in lane and can't roam I would suggest rushing item 3155 it'll keep you alive. item 3074 Hydra is good if you want to quickly push lanes, it's not needed but it is nice.

I always build Guardian Angel item 3026 because Talon is usually right in the middle of the fight and you can't always make it out.

I'm a pretty decent Talon, I poke a lot with W. Normally I'll get a first kill by level 3.

I would suggest never staying still, pretty much like all champs. If you can make them miss any skills you'll have a huge advantage. If you have been poking the enemy, by level 6 you should be able to finish the job.

The champs I have trouble with is Le Blanc, I just wait for her to use that gap closer of hers then you have 20 secs to farm and push.

Diana is also a tough cookie cause she'll build Armor and I won't be able to whittle her down like I can with other champs.

I go with, 9x Armor Pen 9x Flat armor 9x MR scaling and 3ad quints.

Mid, Rush Yommus and Hydra, other items are just preference beyond that, I personally use +20 AD runes for the early game and just for shits and gigs but the best is probably armor penetration. He's strong against skillshot reliant champions as you can E over them to juke people and kill them. He's weak against champions with reveals because his ultimate, which is practically his only escape, has it's utility completley negated.
