Wait for sales to go on. These cut the price of 975 RP champs to like 500 RP. Also, buy skins that are on sale but are also cool. I recommend Rek'Sai, even if she isn't on sale because she is so much fun.

The best use is to buy gifts for friends.

Boosts are mostly useless and you want as much experience playing as you can get before hitting 30.

Figure out which champions you want to main then but skins for them. I wouldn't suggest buying skins until you have played the champion at least 10 times. You never want to buy a skin only to midi d that you hate the champion.

  1. Don't buy RP unless they're offering bonus RP (happens a couple times a year)
  2. Unless there's a skin you really want, wait until it's on sale. You can check the sales every week on the wiki, see if there's anything you like, maybe try that champion and then buy them and the skin.

Rune pages go on sale a lot. Wait for those sales and buy a couple pages.

In the mean time I would keep testing out free rotation champs and when you find some you like go ahead and buy them. Save IP for runes. If you have a weekend you plan to play a bunch I would also get an ip booster to catch up in runes.

It's rough for someone to catch up in terms of owning all the champions but I would say it's best to focus saving IP for tier 3 runes and to only use rp on champs you absolutely love. 5k rp = about 5-9 champions you would love to play. So keep testing them on free rotations.

(Btw when making a post don't use side arrows or it will mark the line of text as a comment.)

Don't buy boosts or champions.

Go for skin sales only.

Honestly don't buy Exp boost. IF you don't want to buy skins on sale, don't. My advice is just look up into what you are going to buy before you buy it. I wasted 2 of my refunds on skins that I thought were going to be cool but weren't at all at the time. Also wasted my refund on a champion that I just ended up getting again. I know this is all my fault but take it from experience, just look up what you want and make sure it's worth it in your eyes.

The best way to spend rito points is by adding me in game and sending mystery skins.. its the only positive way of spending them Draven

Honestly buying champs with RP is really pointless, you get enough Ip for champs fairly quickly, I would ONLY use Rp for skins, as the xp boost really just denies you leveling time which actually hurts your understanding of the game. The xp boost should be only for smurf accounts as you get people who power boost to 30 with RP then go into ranked with the game experience of someone who is level 10 and wonder why they struggle and rage.

dont buy boosts its waste of money.

Also I would recomend to purchase RP when you want something. And not the other way around (to puchase RP and then wonder what to buy)

Best thing to invest RP is skins, skin wards and icons. Because you wont be able to get these otherwise. LvL 15 is too soon for this Id say. When you are 30lvl and have 200 games, then you can say "I want to play this and this champ" and buy skin for them. Right now you risk that you will buy skin for champ that you will not ever play again in the future.

Buy yourself rune pages when they come out on sale, and then buy a shitload of IP boosts. As you make your way to level 30, you'll have a ton of IP to spend on runes and champions.

I'd use it for rune pages and skins for your favorite champions. IP boosts are good too, to help unlock new champions and runes. XP boosts might help you too if you're level 15

you should buy skins for your favourite champion lol hell, i even buy skins for champions that I NEVER EVER PLAY

ward skins, legacy (like some skins are only for sale every halloween etc) skins and stuff are sure worth ur RP to spend on!

OH, AND MYSTERY GIFTS. but it's all about luck
