If there's a guide out there that really good please tell me or if your really good at Vayne please HALP.
Right now I'm trying her out on PBE.

Runes are ok but I would change a few things. I would not use armor pen marks. This is because Vayne most commonly gets her damage late game from number of hits/silver bolts procs. Armor Pen also scales with the game. So as you get damaging items your Armor Pen becomes more valuable. However, Vayne tends to use her silver bolts which is true damage, which negates the need for the armor pen as much. I would worry more about mitigating vaynes poor early game, as she has a strong late game already. So I would either take attack damage marks for more straight up damage early for harder trades and ease of last hitting, or take attack speed marks which can also help trades and last hitting, just in a different style (you need to get that silver bolt proc for it to work, if you don't you just do less damage). I would probably take 9 Flat Damage Marks, 1 Flat Damage Quint, and 2 AS Quints. I may lean toward having a mix of armor yellows and health yellows but that all just depends on feeling and playstyle.
Typical Vayne Build

- Pretty much the core item on Vayne. Botrk is a duelers item. It allows Vayne to not only sustain in lane, but it gives her a huge power spike when she has her ultimate and the botrk activate. Vaynes ult giving her damage plus invisibility, along with the blade slowing and dealing a chunk of damage (while also healing vayne) makes her able to fight most champions 1 on 1.
- Gives her much better kiting skills while also bolstering the number of silver bolts procs that she gets. Vayne is about kiting around and dealing massive damage with silver bolts. This makes it harder to pin vayne down, especially if she is against a melee person, and makes it very hard to run from vayne due to her passive.
- Silver bolts procs won't do everything. When the enemy has randuins, thornmail, frozen heart, whatever that gives them a high amount of armor, you will want a Last Whisper. This will keep your regular auto attacks hurting the enemy as well as having the silver bolts chunk.
- Vayne doesn't generally get to build multiple 
items. You will most likely have a Phantom Dancer or Stattik Shiv giving you crit chance. Botrk gives you lifesteal. Infinity Edge gives you higher damage potential because 1) it stacks with your other crit chance and 2) crit chance has great synergy with Attack Speed based champions (more attacks == more crit chances). This is why Infinity Edge is a core item on Tristana (her q gives her a massive attack speed boost allowing a window of lots of critical strikes).
- pretty standard to get at some point in the game. Helps you kite and attack faster. If the game goes long you can always sell boots and get another movespeed item such as 
. Or you can get real greedy and stack another / /
for the extra crit chance and damage.
- This would just be a reactionary item. Guardian Angel or Banshee's Veil are the two most common items here.
As for resources for getting good with Vayne, you can look up guides but they will mostly show you this build or something similar. Generally they don't explain why you get items so at least now you know. If you really want to learn Vayne well and like to watch streams I would check out Gosu's stream twitch.tv/mushisgosu or just look for Hi Im Gosu and Vayne on youtube and you will find many things. Gosu is a consistent Challenger player who mains Vayne. You can also learn cool things from video's of him playing against adc's like Caitlyn who is the typical counter pick to vayne as she can out range and punish vayne so much early game.

IMO There are 3 vayne builds.
1- Attack speed vayne, use AS runes to get the 15-17% AS rush botk and max W first I usually buy phantom dancer next for max AS and movement, then LW then IE. This build focus' on movement and getting your 3 stacks of silver bolts in trades. This is the hardest build to farm with because you'll have very low base dmg.
2- Tumble dmg vayne, use AS runes again but rush IE and max q first then buy shiv for max dmg and crit dmg.
3- T-force Vayne, this one isn't as popular, I've owned vayne since release and I used to run this back in the day and still bust it out now and then. Piglet also uses this build. Rush Tforce and max your pin first. Use dmg runes instead of AS. Concentrate on tumble AA condemn AA combo to trade.
