tifas left elbow2 votesWhile I would highly support getting Malz over Teemo, don't waste the refund on an IP purchase like Ice Weasel said. But yes, get Malz when you can, lots of fun.
Leti the Yeti1 votesnah teemo's only a 1350 champ get that ez
Ice Weasel X1 votesYou only get 3 refunds. Don't waste those on IP purchases. You might sometime regret an RP-only purchase and want to use those RP for something else.
Pokeobi1 votesDon't refund, it could bite you in the butt later.
