How do you take advantage of being fed?
This is a long post... kinda.
I'm having issues "ending the game" when i'm playing a squishy damage dealer (sometimes with no CC) , unlike when I play tanks, where, if i'm fed, I can literally just go in and do whatever, since i'll be virtually unkillable and if my team has half a brain I'll be able to count on them to do damage while I peel to win teamfights and push (Unless my team is really behind gold and level Wise)
However, when I play a fighter/mage/whatever and my team isn't necessarly fed either, I can't seem to use our advantage.
Let's say i'm something like 13/2 and the rest of my team is either equal in kills/death or a bit negative, while their team is positive for the most part, kills being spread moreso equally (Like they're mostly 5/4 or something idk (It goes without saying i'm using kills/deaths to represent XP and gold lead) ) While they aren't especially powerfull individually, as a whole they should technically do more damage than us. If they focus me, they'll take me down rather quickly - maybe i'll be able to take one or two down if i'm Lucky - which will then leave my team vulnerable to the ones who didn't die, and since I was the only damage dealer, the rest won't be able to fight back and we'll lose the fight. Now - what do we do? My team has trouble peeling for me or following up, so we can't really rely on acing them in a teamfight to push. At that time, i'll usually want to try to split or pick off ennemies... But if I leave them, my team will be vulnerable, if they back because they can't fend them off, they'll come for me while my team is Healing , nothing'll get done and they'll take advantage of us being low and unable to fight to get objectives. If I take picks, we won't all be together (or there won't be anyone to defend), meaning we won't push anything in particular, ending up in things not getting done either.
I'm not sure i'm explaining this right... I just can't take advantage of my... advantage to lead us to victory, if my team doesn't also have an advantage - In which case I'm not really "carrying" us, but rather doing my job. Or something like that. What can I do to imrpove my situation?
