How do you carry as Shen in low elo?

What are some good rune setups that you can use? What's a great build?

For instance I usually win my lane 2-0,3-0, or 4-0 but I just cannot finish out games, is it just because the build I am using is too tanky and it's hard to win as a tank now? Should I split push more? Should I take ignite top and not take tele and be selfish like the majority/80% of low elo-ers top laners?

All in all, how do you finish games as Shen in low elo?

Don't play Shen in any place where people don't grasp the concept of teamfights.

So anywhere below mid gold.

Build a triforce.

Go AD and splitpush them to death. That applies to nearly any champion in low elo.
