Everybody Hates Fizz

This goes without saying but grab Zhonya's and champions with good shields can outplay him easily.

You have two options for beating Fizz.

1. Play this guy.
2. QQ because you won't beat Fizz.

Fizz has zero lane counterplay. Once in a blue moon a jungler will be able to melt him because Fizz overextended, the jungler ganked perfectly and the planets aligned, but unless you're Ryze, you just cannot lock Fizz down. I hope they Olaf Fizz until they get his kit under control, because he's the most anti-fun champion in the mid lane, and a case could be made for the entire game as well.

Beat him in lane all you want, that won't stop him from getting roaming double kills and coming back to lane with an advantage.

I find long range pokes will keep him at bay for a while off the start.

To beat fizz all you have to be is a ranged champion. Just poke the crap out of him until he has to go back and heal. Then this is your moment to start farming, keep poking until he has low health and go in on him.

Sometimes i Find it hard to beat Ahri as fizz....
