Could anyone help me optimize my Laptop?

Its an hp2000 , nothing special and it plays the game wonderfully on the lower end of the settings , but i experience problems when I attempt to run a voice chat as well ie, Skype, RaidCall, Teamspeak, and Curse. Just wondering if anyone had some quick tips to increase and stabilize my framerate in game while running these programs , Thanks for your time! -IMightBeYourDad P.S I'm 19 years old working a minimum wage job so a new setup isnt an option for me at this point so please don't suggest that!!!:p

Whew, I'm just like you, running on a less-than-average laptop. I've got a giant list of things you could do. Feel free to add my smurf if you want to talk about it, since it's kinda a step by step process. Agent Mormonator is my smurf or just message me on Twitter @the_mormonator. I'll skype you through the tips I found out, I get a comfy 20-30 fps even with chat clients open.
