Can someone help me with the new jungle please

I can't seem to find an effective way to make this work, with the panth nerfs inc. (the only jungler I could use this patch) I can't seem to find a good way to play this, I don't even know the best way to first clear/farm anymore. I can't level 2 gank cause lol trinkets/flash. I can't farm without getting shit on by mobs. ALL GAME LONG THEY HURT. and even when I'm not getting shit on by mobs on my laners are far too busy taking my Jungle creeps and complaining if i don't give them buffs. and its not like i get gold from farming. I just need help please any tips at all.
