playing well and climbing out of silver

So I got placed as silver 3 from my provisional games and afterwards i tried to play a few ranked games but they didn't go well for me so I decided to take a break from ranked and play a lot of normal games to get better and improve. I went from being a adc main who could play support to someone who can do well in all lanes except jungle. What should I work on and what should i do to play well and eventually get out of silver 3 (moving up >.<)
