Any Advice

Last season I was still very new to the game an I didn't do much ranked play. I ended the season in silver 4 division. After provisional this season I was placed in Bronze 3. I was able to climb with relatively no problems up to this point.I'm currently in Bronze 1 trying to climb as a support (which is probably my first mistake but its my favorite role to play). It seems like that my groups turn into complete chaos at this level. This is my second trip to Bronze 1 after being demoted an I was able to get right back to where I was with not problem at all. People are just running into unwarded areas, both top an mid lane are feeding their lanes, not playing safe when behind. Now this isn't a bash tread because I make mistakes as well, but it feels like these groups are sabotaged. Even in champion select the number 1 person in the draft afks an miss a ban or two.

My question before I get demoted again, what are somethings that will assist me in overcoming these odds. I'm able to get bot lane rolling pretty well, however it doesn't make much of a difference by time teamfight stages begin. Any advice would be nice. Thank you in advance.

My advice is main 1 or 2 specific champs. Get really proficient at them. That will help you climb. Champ variety is good, but doesn't help you climb. You can carry from a support role, so don't think that maining support is a bad idea.

1: Play Blitzcrank, Leona, Thresh, or Annie. They are playmaker supports and low elo doesn't know how to dodge their engages. 2: Try and find a duo ADC. It really helps to have a friend be your ADC in low elo.

You should practice with friends in normals, but try to play your champ as agressively, as you can (without feeding too much). If you don't feel that your current mains are that good, it's ok to switch champs, but practice them before taking them to ranked. Also early game focused chamos are better for low elo, sice most players don't really know how to play from behind, still trying to make those agressive plays. Last but not least, if you realise that your team could take an objective, or you can make a play with someone, but they don't seem to respond, then don't try to force it, just give them up. I've lost dragons, kills countless times, because I made dragon calls, but since the team didn't show up in time we had to contest it with the enemy because they revieved.

If you are playing support you gotta play aggressive...while not dying. It takes killing pressure off your carries And hopefully they will wipe the enemy. If anything you must die first to win...do not get insta deleted instead die slowly or make sweet getaway/flash over a wall. The more abilities and dmg they waste on you the more chance of success you will win the fight.

Dont forget to peel, and do not suicide. I have friends that think thier suicide dive is a good thing, yea we won but you died. I have no problems initiating and getting out with a sliver of health. Ingame or RL suicide is not an option.

my advice would be stop soloing start duoing and dont do the obviouse suport/adc duo

instead either take top mid jg or jg + sup

if your jg and suport be sure both ward the entire enemy jungle and just keep track of the enemy jungler telling your team mates when to back off

if you pick for example mid and top youd have atleast 2 lanes who are seriousely trying to win this is a verry big impact on the game

jungler / mid are both able to help eachother out and teamwork closely

and its verry importand to think before taking decissions if your team wants to overstay while a lane has to be pushed and you are playing lets say sejuani and are the front line its better to stay with your team than to go and get the split push becausee if you leave the enemy team will iniate and your not there to keep them alive

try and make the best out of the bad situations your in ofc this doesnt mean ou should just stay when they could easily kill you cause when your death you cant do annything
