You're in Division V, with MMR that is below that division. What you need to do is completely disregard your visible rank. Don't look at your division, don't look at your LP, don't look at whether you're in a promo series or not. ONLY look at whether each game is a win or loss. Wins will increase your MMR. Losses will decrease your MMR. If you lose more games than you win, and it's not bad luck, you need to improve before you can defeat teams of that skill level. That takes practice and knowledge. The seasons are resetting soon. That will be your time to fix your MMR. It will go back to a stable spot… almost… and if you start the season off winning more than you lose then, as OhBoyItsAMegaman said, your MMR will improve. The end of the season is going to be your saving grace.

Your MMR goes up when you win games. So, go win some games.

Doesnt having a low mmr mean you are matched against other players with low mmrs. So having a low mmr isnt a bad thing. Having a high mmr & being having the playing skill of a low mmr player is when its bad.
