Elo hell isn't real. YOU just need to learn the game.

If you are as good as you think you are then climbing out should be easy. I can admit thought I was good at the game but I wasn't. Even now csing is hard ( cuz my computer plays on 15 fps so its hard) but i always out play most people in my lane. If you want to climb you have to realize what YOU are doing wrong because when I was in B5 I felt like all everyone did was feed but after awhile I started noticing that all the skills shots that I missed were basically kills I let get away and that was on me and nobody else. After playing on my friends gold 1 account all yesterday and coming back to mines today... its a breeze.

Here's a few tips

you don't have to master but... YOU should know the basic of EVERY ROLE.
try and pick champs that have good cc Exp:(leona) aka god for bronze and silver cc
if your first pick try and find everyone prefs so everyone can get their best role
rage well not help at all... so let it go. 5.don't be a troll. 6.if you won your lane push another 7.Stop playing league like its TDM because its not. 8.the drag dives are so bad in bronze I can't believe it LOLOL 9.look at the map and ward
for crying out loud don't chase in the jungle with no WARDS

After playing with this mind set I'm crushing my elo with a win streak rank.( its way to easy) Id say the biggest problem is most bronze players (89.9%) only play 1 type of way and That's why your stuck.

This is true to some extent and then not so much. I know I'm not some high ranking player (S4) but I do play pretty well, and I learn from my mistakes. However, sometimes it is your teammates, I mean it is ranked. You WILL get trolls, you WILL get AFKs and you will get some downright awful players. Sometimes it is not your fault, but your team's. I have had issues day to day with just god awful players when I, myself, play really well. You cannot always carry.

I don't like it when people complain about AFKs and Trolls in there games and that is why they cannot climb I have been in silver, gold, and plat this season and it happens in every single 1 of those tiers.

Then you might have just had a better team comp or a player that you can play around. You cannot just tell people the reason they can't climb is because they suck..that is a terrible generalization that isn't necessarily fair. I know it isn't impossible to turn around a 4v5 or so, I have done it before, but you can't all the time. And you can't say that you have EVERY single time, it just isn't realistic unless the enemy team is just terrible or they throw. I'm not saying that players in low elos shouldn't try to improve themselves but I'm also saying sometimes it is out of their hands.

if they are good enough to be in another rank it is a matter of playing enough games it is in there hands they should be able to consistently win more than 50% of games. Sure they WILL absolutely lose some but it should be less than half the time if they belong in a higher elo. I have a 57% ranked winrate its not like I win every single game I win more than 50% that means I WILL climb.

a problem made by the community is hard to fix but it happens relatively evenly across all ranks besides bronze. tbh the community really needs to step up and just not troll.

So when I climb ladder, but then get knocked back down due to trolls and afks...I need to learn the game???? WOW where is the logic in that? You sir must have very good luck and have not had that team member or 2 who afked or chose to troll.

"Elo Hell" is a state of mind, and as such is a very real thing. It doesn't need to be, but it is, and no amount of "bronze shaming" will make it go away.

you win 50 % of your games just play normal games tell you get to wins in a row then play one ranked game insted of just taking ranked games over and over that way in normals you have less stress omg mindblown

people seem to think the way you lose matters sure trolls and afkers are annoying but sometimes you just flat out lose regular games it really doesnt matter how you lost it just matters that you lost when you comes to rank you literally only need 50.000000000000000000000000000000001% winrate to climb which if you belong in a higher ELO is super easy to get. The only party that should be hard if you belong higher is winning promos because sometimes you have win streaks and sometimes you have lose streaks.
