Silver 1 to Gold 5 tips.

I need some help, I know it's bad to blame others but sometimes my team derps (as well as I) and pick CC-less champs or no tanks so the other team out-scales us. I try to keep the team comp balanced but it doesn't always work as a please because people don't like the champs I suggest.
