AP top laners

I love playing AP champs. I am looking for a good AP top laner with some mobility so I can escape getting camped easier. I was thinking Gragas but his solo lane looks weak now. Any other ideas?

Rumble, Morg, Lissandra, Viktor, and Mao are pretty good top laners at the moment.

I'm going have to second the Diana comment. She's rarely played buslt she's really a great champion. She can play top, mid, jungle and carry a game in all three spots. She's my main champion and I comfortably play her in all three roles. If you haven't tried her out give her a shot :)

As a top lane riven main I rarely get AP champs but when I do, believe me its a very very hard time as I get poked and pushed under tower a lot, so im just gonna let you in on a few AP champs that bully top lane,

Teemo Teemo can go AD or AP build but the AP build is definitely a harder matchup with his safe laning and blinds, you'll be able to zone ALOT of AD champs almost all if played right, he's able to harass very well and zone opponents

Lissandra offers so much CC for a team, so if you wanna be a team fight dominator i would really recommend this champ. Her E allows her a lot of mobility from Ganks and engages as well. A little trick for escaping throw your clas into one of the brushes and play mind games so they have to predict. Always use the brush the your advantage, step in and out in and out for solid poke.

Kennen my most reccomended so far, he is an absolute monster right now although I belive most play him hybrid. Kennen will bully almost any top laner. As for Tips and tricks, use the brushes to your advantage poke from inside and run out if they try trading, MOST IMPORTANTLY use that passive to your advantage, proc it for the stun whenever possible and zone them from farm, he is rather mobile with his e and his q and w combo puts out so much damage then if safe to do so proc third hit with e then poke then get out

As for experience I have a ton of games played and I main top Lane, and I find these ap champs dominate 95% of the time so have fun!

Lulu Only Ziggs, Brand, and Xerath can deal with her and you'll probably never find them in the top lane. Loves enemies trying to tower dive. Almost impossible to gank. Can essentially build any item in the game, I recommend AP Bruser though. Counters all hyper carries and all-in champions.
