Help me improve my Azir(An item build discussion)

tldr: When do I decide its best to build more CDR, more AP, more MRpen, or defense(rylais, zhonyas, abyssal)

So I got Azir a few days ago, and have greatly enjoyed playing him so far, but I'm quite iffy on when to build what. The first thing I rush is item 3165 , which is done item 3108 >item 3020 >item 3114 >into item 3165 . After the first Morellos I usualy go straight into another item 3108 so I can upgrade it into item 3174 if I'm behind, or item 3115 if I'm not. Is it effecient to build MORE CDR right after morellos, or should I be working on some MR pen?

I went with a item 3116 after my 2nd Codex for a bit of survivability, which went rather well, but my damage wasnt all that great. After the rylais came a item 3089 , which gave me a HUGE power spike, then afterwards, a item 3135 which did the same thing. Is void better before the rabadons; before the rylais; before even the 2nd codex? Do I even have enough damage to make use of it? The argument of AP vs MR pen always fuddles me. I built item 3115 at the end of the game, since I was already doing so much damage, it worked out amazingly in the end.

I don't personally play Azir outside of arams, but I see most people getting grail into nashors, then deathcap, hourglass, etc. This seems to be the most effective build path.

You can't build the exact same stuff every game. Your build will chage depending on which champions are in the enemy team. If their team is full of AD you won't build a grail. If they got a top, a mid and a jungler AP you will get one.

Morello into Zhonyas is good against an AD mid laner, Grail into Nash is good against AP. Try it ! If they got something like an AD jungler, tanky top and AP mid, you can stick to the build you're creating there.

I miss a ton of CS honestly, Im getting better at it, I just play like crap generally though when its 4am in the morning and i've been up all night lol. For AA I always A-Click, I dont right click to auto attack, because I dont want to misclick, and instead of attacking, I walk forward/to the side, Doing this eliminates those kind of errors.
