Question about new SR visual specs

First, leme say sorry if this post exists elsewhere. I recently came back to LoL after about 6 months, and I'm not quite used to these new boards. If there exists a post that has a discussion, and you can link it, awesome.

Anyways, to the reason I'm here! My computer is a decent little rig. Bought it about 3 years ago, everything about it is fairly decent, EXCEPT THE GRAPHICS CARD WHICH SUCKS BAWLS. Curently, I have League of Legends visual settings to a not so pretty, not so ugly set up, and I get maybe 35-45 FPS on average. I could make it higher, but that would sacrifice visual quality.

The question: Will this new Summoners Rift be a huge increase to the amount of stress my Graphics card goes through to run the game? Will I be forced to play with lowest settings, or face horrible framerates?
