Looking for a Mid-Lane Champion with Low Mechanics to Carry into Higher ELO

Title says all.

Currently in the last few days I like in that position, but on a more competitive level I'm looking for someone with low mechanics to use and main in ranked.

For reference: , , and especially are champions I consider to have high mechanics; I am NOT interested in maining these kinds of champions for ranked.

I'm more comfortable with champions like , who I love playing on both a mechanical and thematic level.

So the whole "play who you like" argument expected and related to the point of it becoming spam (because believe me, I thought I'd like playing as and that went as gracefully as a train wreck), I'm looking for a champ more on Vi's level of skill.

For "low" mechanics I have to Veigar . He beats every AP mage except fizz and if you are good you can even beat a fizz. Does well vs. Zed as well if you play smart.

There's no magical champ that lets you "carry" at any particular elo. You just pick a champ, practice with it, get good at it, improve your fundamentals... and you will climb elo.

Master Yi.

I'm not trolling: His Alpha Strike has the same range as many other targeted melee gap closers and can negate enemy abilities if timed well. Also, between Double Strike and Wuju Style, because Alpha Strike is (technically) an instantaneous dash, Master Yi can easily abuse the cool downs of many high impact abilities that dominate mid lane, making him an extremely powerful threat vs virtually all casters and almost all other assassins. Combo this with being an auto attack based kit (objective control), Sustain and burst negation from his meditate, and his ability to hyper scale hard when fed, Master Yi is a dangerous mid laner through and through.

I didn't look up what rank you were, but Akali Katarina are low elo terrors because people don't know how to stop them from just steamrolling an entire team. They won't stop Kat ults until it's too late, and they'll never be grouped with pinks ready for Akali. They both also have a low skill floor so they're easy to play at that Elo too. They're a lot more difficult higher up though because people will actually kill you so you need good timing and game knowledge, but reset Assassins wreck low elo.

Annie Fizz are also honorable mentions for being easy and wrecking low elo.

Ahri Akali Orianna Leblanc All are exceptional in early harassment and LB/Ori have great farming capabilities early game. Burst Queens of LOL.

Annie Zilean Heimerdinger super easy and surprisingly effective champs.

I especially like playing Zilean against assassins. Can't juke the bombs and you can negate their assassinations with your ult. It's really troll but actually viable.
