i mean are you mid? if you are dont try and follow that roam because he can just turn on you easily
I don't really understand your comment. How is the jungler "missing in action" if he's then jungler to begin with. He's always mia. In a way, you won't always have vision of the jungle. It's not about calling mia, running or requesting help, it's about warding.

You ping mia because he is missing, make sure you have lane warded and continue on with the game.
