ARAM is the definition of a casual mode thats there for people who want a relaxing, fun game.

Its great for the people who avoid ranked like the plague due to them not being hyper competetive and just like fun matches.

I'm not saying its a completely non serious mode. I'm just saying its where people usually go to have a fun game without the stress of dealing with SR.

So, after deciphering your typing (Really hope English isn't your first language, by the by) I can determine you're wrong ARAM is a fun, quick mode, very useful for learning new champs. It's the most light hearted mode. And it's wonderful for burning off Chat Restrictions that Riots awful, AWFUL machine gives out like candy.

Though, to be fair, I think it's a bit broken.

Hasnt been chat restricted ever though is very toxic* - Seems legit.
