Aatrox jungle build advice

Came up with the idea for the build after watching a foxdrop video on teemo jungle, rushing devours enchant on aatrox followed by BOTRK for 40-50 plus 8% of hp per hit with his passive attack speed buff for like 1.7-1.8 attack speed. wondering if its viable or if it wouldnt be worth the trouble. ive tried it in a couple of games and it seems decent but i cant decide if im not playing it right/getting the full potential of it or if it just sucks all together
