Another tip: If you use chat, use it in a constructive manner. Flaming gets you literally nowhere. And if anyone comes off you? Mute them. Immediately. The less chance someone has of affecting your mindset, the better. I was Bronze myself Season 1-2. I'm Gold now and I can honestly say chat is a large reason people lose games.
