Afk people in rank.

I'm just getting tired of people just going afk in rank. Some of them have bad internet and they can't do any thing about it so we just end up losing LP from that match cause of the guy/girl who went afk. There should be some thing else if some one goes afk we should be able to not lose any LP cause of the person who went afk in the game.
