How to get a good CS score?

Of course, number one tip: kill the minion. I know that much. Even when I do that though and kill almost every minion I get maybe 60-70 CS at 10 minutes then 100-ish at 14 minutes. Then I go to watch streams or LCS and see they have way more CS, sometimes more than 10cs per minute at 7 minutes. Because I'm a scrub, I have no idea as to how they manage get that much CS other than not missing CS. How do they do it? How do they get so much CS-ing opportunity?

Edit: just noticed my mistake with the title. Sorry about that x.x

I've noticed this too. Don't be afraid to use your abilities the last hit. Whenever I watch Bjergesen, he seems to get one or two minions low and kill them with an ability while harassing the enemy. You get an AA off and get CS.

Don't be afraid to use abilities to farm, mana recharges but that dead minion is CS permanently lost.

Some champions have abilities that are conducive to last hitting and it is extremely easy to CS with them. Yasuo Zed for example.

Other champions have a difficult time cs'ing because of bad AA animations and/or abilites not conducive to farming. Poppy Vi Leblanc

But overall it just takes practice with the champion. Make sure you pay attention to minion HP bars and try to plan out how you are going to last hit all of them. Make sure you stay stocked on HP pots so you can withstand some harass, extremely important because sitting with low HP can make cs'ing 10x harder than it needs to be.

You can't compare LCS cs to solo que. LCS is very team oriented and both players do not take risks therefore both players do not overextend to harass the enemy when they go in to cs. Both players just focus on cs'ing and staying alive. In Yolo que, it's very different. There is more harassing going on and people take more risk to kill you because they know you and your jungler are probably not in synch. You should prioritize cs'ing before harassing the enemy and only harass if it will not affect your ability to cs (creep dies while you are harassing and you lose more then 1 cs).
