When To, ADC Edition: Runaans Hurricane vs Statikk Shiv

Now, most people already know where this is going. "Why would anyone pick Hurricane" "why would anyone pick blablbla" Yeah, we get it, be quiet.

Now, as people know, these are great items for ADC's, since they provide Wave clear power. But some times on is more powerful than the other.

: Alright, this one is a GREAT item for one champ in mind. Caitlyn. Stacks your passive 3x faster, gives you tremendous wave clear, and the aditional effect of +70% Attack speed. Wow, now, why wouldnt you build this over Statikk? Well, i'll get to that later, but lets focus on one thing, It also applies On Hit effect to ALL People hit. This includes Life steal and the Essence Reaver passive, which is great for Mana hungry adcs. But, lets focus on the statikk shiv now.

: Now, This is also a great item for adc's, as it provides Wave clear and Attack speed.. BUT! It also provides A Crit chance boost and a + 6% MS. And this also adds onto the SS's Passive, which charges when you move and attack, AND CAN CRITICALLY STRIKE, But doesnt proc on hit effects.. This is great for champions who already can build high AS without other items, or just need that extra like 24 ms.
