Im bronze 2 and i thaught maybe taking a few week break could be a good idea from playing league so i can start fresh without any hate, but i was wondering what are some tips that i can have that will help me do better in ranked, and carry, because i realized that solo q isnt so much a team game and i was wondering what are champions i should play to get out of bronze and things i can do to improve as, i know its an unlikely goal but i want to have a big stream and be really high elo, and i want to start getting better from this point on. Thanks

Stop playing Lee Sin and Rengar, start conforming to the meta until you're good enough to not. Lee Sin is TERRIBLE in Bronze, and even though you have a decent KDA with him, it shows in your 48% W/R. Pick a role you like best (Jung?), pick 5-7 champs for that role. Then pick 2 secondary roles with 3-4 champs available. Then learn the last two with 2-3 champs in each. Obviously you'll have your pref for every role but you need to be able to play multiple due to bans/picks.

Make your picks EASY champs. I don't care how good you may think you are, if you're in bronze with nearly 300 games played you aren't good, end point. So what you should to do to fix that lack of game knowledge/exp/whatever it is? Pick the easiest, most flavour of the month carry hard champs, and keep conforming to that meta. You'll find some champs you haven't played before and like, and some you don't, but this essentially forces you to learn new champs and increase your champ pool.

So basically:

Narrow down your pool based on primary roles/secondary. Pick easy champs that are strong in the current meta. Learn more about the game.

Also:

Increase your cs. On your midlaners you have horrific CS, under 100 for Fizz and 130 a game for Zed. Given how long bronze games usually go, thats an awful, awful rate. Increase that and you win games by simply outfarming the enemy laner. You don't even need to kill them, just harass and try to farm every single creep.

Ward more. You upgrade your trinket which is REALLY good for your elo since most people don't. However you don't buy wards. Start buying pinks early, and stealth wards before you can upgrade.

Watch pro's and videos detailing the little things. Lane advice/ganking paths/etc.

  1. If you know the basics of all the roles, it'll help you a lot since you can't always get what you want, and I find that in lower elos people will fight a lot over roles to the point where they'd troll.

  2. Don't rage at allies

  3. If you do end up filling, pick a champ that works well with your comp or hope your allies can work with the champ you chose, so if you know the basics of that champ, but you aren't really skilled at him/her, your allies can make up for it.

Just coming from a guy who fills a lot.

Not to start an argument but I don't fully agree with playing meta champs. You need to play YOUR BEST champs meaning the ones that you have your highest win rates with. This is because if you just play meta or fotm champs that you don't understand weaknesses or limitations etc. generally you won't have success. An example is myself. In ranked I mostly only play a few champs for the majority of my games because I know how to win with them. I play a lot of Kennen n Leona bc I have had the most success with them. I also play a lot Shen top. Most ppl will say Shen is trash but I have carried countless games with him simply because I understand his strengths n weaknesses. Find someone you can win with n spam them. But yes the above poster is right every where else. You NEED to farm n you NEED to ward. Hope this helps.
