Yasuo situational items and Vi Top build order?

Hello, I need some advice on both situational items for Yasuo (I mostly play him top) and the order in which I should build the items I have in my Vi Top item set.

For Yasuo (I play him top mostly, used to only play him mid though) I usually build item 3087 >item 3031 /item 3006 >item 3072 >item 3035 and then 1 defensive item from: item 3102 ,item 3022 ,item 3026 oritem 3068. Usually I go for mallet if I'm really in need of a bit more health, GA if I just keep getting blown up at perfect opportunities to fight in the middle of a fight, and Banshee's for MR. But I was wondering if there were more items I could use defensively or if there were better substitutes for last whisper depending on the situation because I find myself building it even when the other team doesn't seem very tanky.

For top lane Vi I usually go item 3078>item 3800>item 3142 but from then on I am very lost on what would be good to build on her so I really need some help on that.

Maw of Malortis can be more helpful than BT if you are having issues with a mainly magic damage enemy team. You get a hexdrinker after infinity edge, then build other stuff before finishing it.

Last Whisper actually fairly situational with him. Since his ult already smashes armor, last whisper is not as mandatory as it is on other champions. I wouldn't bother unless the enemy has at least 2 tanks that are doing decently or maybe 1 tank who is just hard carrying and you have no teammates to ult off of.

I have seen people get botrk on him. Personally I am not a fan, but if you are having issues with a Volibear or Garen who is just stacking health with warmogs and shit; then I guess it can be helpful.
