She just don't have an ult though...

What? A long range 500 magic damage ult is still pretty good, particularly with it's cooldown.
It's really not worth using. It's too slow. and at my elo people can dodge.
I've heard people swear by ADC Lux. I've never tried it, but I really want to once, just to play around with it.
The main problem is late game. her range is too short.
Anything with range and some kind of utility skill can be made to do with AD.
