I don't know what to do. Of course if it was ranked I would pick someone like Vlad and deny all his farm but if I'm playing normals and pick someone melee with no sustain at all what to I do? If I poke I get minion aggro and take damage, while Nasus lifesteals back all the health. And if the enemy jg counter ganks whenever my jg ganks, what can I do to deny his farm and win lane against him?
What Slamurai Jack said, but alternatively, if you are playing a really strong duelist (riven, renekton, irelia, etc.) and you get ahead in lane, the single most effective thing you can do is freeze the lane, and completely zone him. The most important thing is to keep him away from your minions and to keep him from stacking. Another piece of advice would be to immediately poke right after he uses his q. He won't have enough damage to match you in the duel, and if you do this repeatedly, he won't be able to lifesteal his health back quick enough either.
Try to bully him until after the first back. Once that happens, you have 2 options. If you can keep killing him, continue to do so. But there's a fair chance you can't, so in that case, just shove the lane and go kill his team. Particularly the enemy jungler; it's always a good idea to fuck around in the enemy top side jungle if you can't deny Nasus stacks, and even better if you can get your jungler to come with you. It doesn't matter how many stacks Nasus has if his team is weak enough that you can just focus the Nasus instead.
