Looking for a coach

Hey guys,

So, I am a bronze 5 player and I am looking for someone gold or higher to help teach me some more advanced tactics, and help me with my laning phase. I can play pretty much any role fairly well, but I like top and mid the most. I am online mostly at night, and I am in the Eastern time zone.

Honestly, I am looking for any help. I know I tend to feed once I get behind, but that mostly starts in the laning phase of the game. Again, any help will be greatly appreciated!
