I have been thinking about picking up Leagues deep sea scuba man 
. What is the best lanes to play in him and best ways to build him with the new items and etc. And why is Nautilus a under used champ? Only have seen him videos not much my own games.
Thoughts?
I love nautilus in the jungle. He is somewhat of a niche pick, and is more of the "support tanky" jungler, than a carry jungler. Imagine if blitz was in the jungle with an AA that has a 1 second stun. His hook can be used both offensively (pulling someone to you so you can AA, sheild, then aoe) or use it on a wall as a get away if you're being chased down. His Ult is beautiful to pick off out of position targets and make ganking plays. Just don't make the mistake most make by ALWAYS using your hook to initiate a gank. Sometimes its better to walk right out and get in a better position then hook, than simply outright use your hook from the bush.
Nautilus is not seen because he is a very weak jungler. He has slow clear speeds and can easily be killed by the enemy jungler. He is cc machine however,so ganks are easy. He can also support, but there are better choices. If you are fed in the mid lane, keep in mind that you can point and click instagib the enemy carry.
tldr: nautilus is bad but fun

I consider him only in two role Jug and Support, I honestly don't think he can hold his own anywhere else even when mastered. He's a tank but a slow tank
naut is under appreciated. i love me a good naut player. naut can go top too. just farm with his aoe. since most top is melee, his aoe really screws them over, taking both damage and slow.
The most viable opinion is jungle, but his sustain isn't good, he needs a little buff T_T
