Sick Of DC'ing and not able to reconnect

Happens to me or my friends every patch comes out or to someone we know ... We all group up in a party have a couple good games and then in the middle of a game one of us DC's and can not reconnect, but it was my turn today with a 9k ping and trying to reconnect for 30 minutes, ran ping test after ping test and I was totally fine nothing was wrong on my end, sick and tired of this happening after every patch. I better not get banned for this.
