Uber Confusing Math Question.

Just have a question, it might sound noobish but here it is but i was wondering if masteries effect runes, for example, lets say you buy 3 health quintessence' for a total of 78 additional health. Then you head over to your mastery pages and max out juggernaut for 3% max health and veteran's scars for an additional 36 health. You now have a total of 114 bonus health plus 3% max health, so is the 114 bonus health factored into this 3% or is it left alone? To give a concrete example say you are Braum at lvl 1 with the above mentioned runes and masteries, is your base health (576+114)+3%=710.7 health OR (576+3%)+114=707.28

Now I have an Uber mathy confusing question... You are playing as at level 10 (85 attack damage), you have a (Unique: Increases your self-healing, health regen, lifesteal and spell vamp by 20%) and a (+80 attack damage UNIQUE: +20% life steal) along with 3 lifesteal quints (+4.5% lifesteal), the Second Wind mastery (Increases all self-healing, health regen, life steal, spell vamp effects by 10% while below 25% health.), and the Vampirism mastery (maxed out) (Grants 3% lifesteal and spell vamp.)

You are below 25% health while attacking target X who has no armor or magic resist and you pop your E (ACTIVE: Yorick steals life from his target, dealing magic damage, healing himself for 40% of the damage dealt and summoning a Ravenous Ghoul behind them.) (MAGIC DAMAGE: 55 / 85 / 115 / 145 / 175 (+ 100% Bonus AD)) (RAVENOUS GHOUL HEAL ON ATTACK: 35% of Yorick's AD) Considering that: Second Wind stacks multiplicatively with Spirit Visage's passive, and that, when below 25% health, the two combined increases self-healing by 32%. Your passive makes your basic attacks deal 5% more damage for each of you active summons and you only have 1 summoned Your ghoul lasts for 5 seconds Your attack speed is .77 so you get 6 hits off your enemy in the 5 seconds it is active Your ghoul's attack speed is .67 Your total attack damage is 165 Your ghouls magic damage is 155 Your ghoul heals you for 57.75 health per hit ANY BONUS FROM RUNES/MASTERIES/ITEM EFFECTS MUST BE ADDED ON Your ghoul heals you for an initial 62 health on activation ANY BONUS FROM RUNES/MASTERIES/ITEM EFFECTS MUST BE ADDED ON Your item effects and runes give you +44.5% lifesteal (lifesteal from Spirit Visage must be added on) ANY BONUS FROM MASTERIES MUST BE ADDED ON Your base health regen at your current level is 13.6 Your max health is 1622 And other confusing things mentioned in this post (X amount of spell vamp, X amount of bonus health regain, etc)

What is the total amount of health gained during the 5 seconds your E is active from any above mentioned source? What is the total amount of health stollen from your opponent (champion) during the 5 seconds your E is active? What is the total amount of physical damage dealt during the 5 seconds your E is active? What is the total amount of magic damage dealt during the 5 seconds your E is active? What is the total amount of overall damage dealt to your opponent during the 5 seconds your E is active?
