LeBlanc Users: Is it possible to duo 100-0?

So I know LeBlanc's a fast burst champ who can 100-0 many champs, but usually it happens one champ at a time (unless you're strong enough to take a second who's health is relatively low).

Is it possible to 100-0 two champs? I know the only multi-damaging spell is Distortion, which hits all enemies just around the teleport area. Her Q and E seem to damage only the target. I was thinking maybe with the usual QRWE combo instead of QR the same champ, you can Q one champ and R another right next that champ, and W to either of them and the explosion from the Q will occur for both. How viable is it to 100-0 two champs?

Viable, not ideal unless they're both squishy, immobile carries - which basically limits you to carries with utility like Veigar and Varus standing side by side.

Unfortunately removal of DFG put leblanc in a sub-par place to what she used to be, along with a lot of other APCs. On the other hand, it was a mild step towards balancing Kat's ability to DFG/q/e/w onto an ADC and 100-0delete them at lvl 8.

uh yeah, but its more of a pain now, used to be you could blow your shit on someone using your ult -while dodging the second- then dfg the second one and kill him. With 40% CDR and a good lead you can beat people up.

You said it yourself already, its possible to do it if you're strong enough or extremely fed. Try playing a leblanc that has 400 AP and is 3 levels on every enemy. You can easily pentakill the enemy team with a double distortion. Otherwise, don't expect to be able to do that in cases when you're even with the enemy in terms of levels and items. Maxing distortion first certainly gives her more AOE dmg but in terms of being able to 100-0 someone, it doesn't deal as much dmg as your maxed Q with mimic'd Q deals.

It's possible if you get them to chase you through river. If you're slightly ahead by 2 kills and you know that your Q-W does 50% to the enemy mid laner, do that to him and then lead them to the river. Then Q the enemy jungler and position your W so that it hits both of them. Follow it up with an R right away and the mid laner should be dead leaving the jungler with around 25% hp. Just E him and wait for your Q to be back up or ignite the jungler.
