[GAMEPLAY] Maokai Ult does not go on CD when used right before death
Just as the title suggests, this is a bug where when Maokai uses his ult right before his death, his R does NOT go on cooldown. This occurs 100% of the time.
How to repeat bug:
- As Maokai with ult ready, get very low health.
- Execute yourself, but right before getting hit by the killing blow, quickly press R.
Result: R does not go on cooldown.
Impact: It is an exploitable bug that offers free ults at the cost of death timers.
