I'm having a little problem landing her Prey Seeker even against bots. Any tips? I guess I'm confused on whether I should aim right where the ripples are or where the ripples are heading. I try both, but always miss.

Just takes some time to get used to. During a free week I could never hit a Prey Seeker because its so small and takes time to reach its destination, but obviously you'll get better with it in time, like with all skill shots.
You'll want to lead it a little versus actual players.
On the other hand bots are just really weird to throw skillshots against sometimes...
