Stream to help new players learn League

So, months ago I saw someone posted a request for a more "noob-friendly" version of the LCS stream. I talked with some people in the thread and some friends who supported the idea, and now I feel I'm just about ready to start it up. In order to do that, I'm looking for people's opinions, maily on the time. Even experienced players can fill out the form, all opinions on the matter will be heard.
