I main Jinx ADC and every time I go against a Vayne I automatically feel like I'm going to lose the match up. Is there any advice I can get to counter play Vayne? Not even playing Jinx because I can learn another ADC. Pre-level 6 Vayne is easy, but once she gets her Ultimate I have no idea what happens. The lane completely turns in her favor.
Poke her from outside of her attack range using abilities (especially when she tries to CS). In Silver and Bronze, the movement of most players are quite easy to predict.
Avoid dueling 1v1 her is possible since that is where Vayne excels.
Vayne isn't that great at last-hitting under tower early, so try and shove her under tower if you don't think you'd be able to win a fight. Be sure to ward when you push to avoid getting ganked.
As Jinx, if Vayne tries to chase you down then you should place your chompers near you and run past them. Vayne will have to run around or she will be snared which will allow you to autoattack her in rocket form while she can't retaliate (since you'll be attacking from outside her autoattack range).
If possible, poke her with the occasional rocket-autoattack while she's trying to CS if mana permits and you are safe to do so (i.e. you don't have to worry about their support forcing a fight due to the positioning and status of all involved),
for jinx, you use the rockets and keep max distance and poke her down. you get ahead in lane before 6 and use that to have item advantage over her. you only use mini gun once she gets close enough to attack you, which you want to avoid as long as possible, but should have an advantage in health if you get a few pokes off with rockets.
with twitch, you sneak up and ult vayne. you keep a distance if you can't 1v1 vayne (if vayne takes 3 autos to get to you, she will lose unless ahead) or you sneak up to her if you can 1v1 her.
for ashe, you can ult her, and let your support continue to cc her. you as ashe want to ult as far away as possible while being close enough to start to attack her. make sure support is ready.
for draven, you will beat vayne down and if you get a kill, it's really hard for vayne to catch up.
