The Solo Queue Match-ups

I don't know what has happened this season, but since they changed the Rank system this year it has been awful with the people I've been matched with. I don't talk trash, or do bad. I've had one really bad Rank game since I started Rank this season. Literally last game I had a Zed tell me he was gonna play Zed, and the man was awful. He lost to a Caitlyn Mid, and I did not say anything negative to him the entire game. He proceeded to tell everyone how they were awful and we weren't doing anything right.

I went 5-5 in my promos and actually carried at least every game, and I got placed Bronze 5. I improved tremendously over the off season of League and I still have to start off in Bronze. Not only do I have to start off in Bronze, but I have to start at the very BOTTOM.

I can play with friends in Duo and do fine. I play by myself and I get the most negative people. I don't have a Chat Restriction nor am I reported constantly for being rude or trolling. I do not understand why I get paired with these people and I haven't done anything (that I'm at least aware of) that would match me with these people.

P.S. I did hear that the Rank system is designed so that someone can never do extremely well and is designed for you to always be close to a 50% Win Rate. I'm guessing that's not true, but it definitely feels like it.
