Playing on Tilt

So most of us know what tilt is. It can effect us over a course of games or even throughout a game after a few bad plays. I recently climbed from bronze 3 to bronze 1 promos into silver. After going 2-2 I played my fifth game after losing the fourth. I had been playing all day and admit I was questioning whether I should take a break before taking on this match, I didn't and played terrible. My question is what do you guys do to get out of tilt or stay out of it while playing many matches in one day consecutively. I think this is something pros and high elo players do well. So what are some tips you guys have!?

I personally think everyone tilts. Look at dyrus he used to rage so hard. Incarnation was banned for raging and being toxic. When I tilt I simply go take a break and do something else. Either i play an easy game where u just click and win or I watch some netflix. Sometimes I just drink some water, take a deep breath and remind myself that it's only a game and I can always try again.

Try and focus on NOT getting into that "tilt" stat of mind and instead stay cool for example: Your support decided to go over minion wave and try to trade then got effed 2v1?? laugh at it (not in chat) and dont let it get to u

Probably the best thing to do is to just stop playing league or go to normal games, esp if you know you shouldnt play ranked and do it anyway. It will usually result in a loss :P

Take a break in between and reset. I'll generally go to the gym and go for a run or lift weights. It creates endorphins which can counteract the cortisol and other chemicals produced by stress and frustration and put your brain back in a better spot before you play the next game. Something like meditation, massage, or playing with puppies would work too if you don't like working out.

Stop playing. That's it. Grab something to eat, talk to some friends, or watch a movie perhaps. Close League and come back when you don't have the sense of "I'm going to lose the next game too, probably."

Dont do it!!! lol Well what i do is go do anything else! I know that many people go to play video games for fun or to relax, but it doesnt have to be league does it? I would reccomend not playing multi player games at that point. But if you must play leage, play other game modes. Thats all I have buddy, i hope that it helps!

Thanks a lot helped a lot. I ended up havin a play 3 stop (one hour) rule. Helped out a lot. I did this so of I went 3-0 wouldn't get cocktail my fourth match, if I was having a bad 3 gamed I could shake it off luckily it just took 3 games to get to promos followed the rule for promos and made it out of bronze to silver. Now the climb out of silver begins and journey to becoming a better player! Thanks all!
