Hm. I wonder if the effectiveness of the poison is actually lower than you calculated given the massive quantity of exposure. Twitch, Singed, and even Cassiopeia have to reapply their poison several times to kill a target, whereas your comparison to a cyanide pill is a single instance of poison. A single MILLIGRAM of some poisons can be lethal, making those real-world poisons likely far deadlier than League's, none of which are fully lethal upon one application.
The order of strength in League numbers seems correct, but I'm not sure about the real-world equivalents due to that. You're not taking dosage or number of applications into account, which will entirely throw off your poison statistics -- Teemo and Twitch have just a dart-worth of poison, after all, while Singed and Cassiopeia seem to be contact exposure or inhalation, both of which can also influence how strong a poison is.
Also, scientifically, I think ALL of these are poisons -- I believe venom is only used to refer to the toxic delivered specifically by a bite or sting from a creature. We don't know if Teemo is using animal venom for his darts (in which case they would be venom), but I suspect given his mushrooms (the poison of which I'm not sure you accounted for?) that they're plant-based toxic and thus poisonous, even though the wounds are injected -- even the delivery method DID make them a venom (which, again, I don't think it counts as unless the poison used is animal venom), then Twitch would ALSO be using venom, as they're projectiles as well.
Nit-picks aside, I did quite enjoy the video. Not as much as your previous ones though -- I think the exposure frequency/amount oversight detracts from the results of this one heavily, as does the fact that you averaged all of League's more than human characters at multiple levels to get the "average" human.
I think if you really want the "average" human you'd look at the level 1 stats (beginning of the journey) for the most "average" league characters -- probably something like the following:
- Caitlyn
- Draven
- Ekko
- Ezreal
- Fiora
- Jayce
- Jhin
- Katarina
- Lucian
- Lux
- Miss Fortune
- Quinn
- Taliyah
- Vayne
- Sona
- Yasuo
These characters, for the most part, are not known for their exceptional physical prowess, and do not have much in the way of powerful magic or training that helps them be more resilient than average. People like Lee Sin, Darius, Jarvan IV, Garen, etc. are exemplars of physical presence, and are likely on the high upper end of the human physical condition. I think these guys at level 1 would give you an example of the "standard" fragility of a Runeterra human.
Sorry. This is the sort of thing I love (and would totally have done if I had thought of the idea before seeing your production work), and I'm naturally an analytical guy, so I sort of dig too far into things sometimes. :P
